It was a pleasure working with Julie. I am a difficult client to deal with for most professionals under normal circumstances and home hunting is far from a normal undertaking for me so I was doubtful Julie would be up to the task. Julie redefined the term "above and beyond" in our case. We were selling a house formerly owned by my deceased brother from across the country, so when things went south in the house, she was always there to help, including moving a disgusting bed from the master bedroom with the help of her wonderful husband, overseeing the installation of new MB carpeting, and overseeing the remediation and repair of the water pressure valve, which could have blown out all the pipes in the house, causing thousands of dollars in repairs. All the while, she was communicating often with us even when things were quiet and getting us to a great deal on the sale. We want her to know how much we appreciate all her efforts on our behalf.

Julie is the picture of professionalism. I am so grateful for the attention to entertainment for the kids as we searched for the perfect home. She kept us in our budget and searched high and low for exactly what we were looking for.
